Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CRYPTINT.IO (the “Service”), provided by CRYPTINT.IO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CRYPTINT.IO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

CRYPTINT.IO is a crypto intelligence platform that aggregates on-chain, sentiment, technical, news, and macro signals into confluence scores for selected cryptocurrencies. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not available to persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US sanctions or where the Service is prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with all laws that apply to your use of the Service.

4. Not financial advice

CRYPTINT.IO does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, data, confluence scores, alerts, briefs, and other information on the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Signal pillars, confluence scores, historical precedent summaries, and intelligence briefs describe publicly observable market data and historical correlations. They are not predictions or trade recommendations.

Cryptocurrency trading and investing carries substantial risk, including the risk of total loss. Past signals and historical correlations do not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions.

5. Account registration

Certain features require an account. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing cycle.

All fees are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.

8. API and data licenses

Subscribers to FIELD, STATION, and OPERATIONS tiers receive access to the CRYPTINT.IO API. Subject to these Terms and your subscription tier:

All data remains the property of CRYPTINT.IO LLC. No rights are granted beyond those expressly set out here. We may suspend API access for violation of rate limits, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, code, data, trademarks, logos, and design elements, is owned by CRYPTINT.IO LLC or licensed to us and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

10. User submissions

If you submit content to us (for example, through our contact form) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and responding to inquiries about the Service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through public channels.

11. Data accuracy and disclaimers

We aggregate data from third-party sources and apply proprietary analysis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee that data is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Where an uptime SLA is specified for your subscription tier, your remedies for SLA breaches are limited to service credits as set out in the relevant tier documentation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYPTINT.IO LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRYPTINT.IO LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, USA, or via videoconference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and CRYPTINT.IO LLC each waive any right to participate in a class action against the other. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or breach of confidentiality.

17. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CRYPTINT.IO LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
